"Borrower" is Jeffrey B. O'Callaghan and Sherri L. O'Callaghan. 's "Lender" is principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. v ,and its successors or assigns. "Loan" means the debt evidenced by the Note and all sums due under the Security Instrument. "Note" means the promissory note in the original principal amount of S 114,475.00 signed by Borrower in favor of Lender. "Property" means the property commonly known as 4081 Manchester Road, Grand Island, NE 68803. "Security Instrument" means the Deed of Trust/Mortgage /Security Deed/Security Instrument signed by Borrower in favor of Lender, securing payment of the Note. "Subordinating Lienholder" is MBNA America (Delaware) , N.A. assigned to Household Finance Corporation III. This Agreement is made and entered into this 27th day of December, 2001 by Subordinating Lienholder. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Lender as a condition precedent to the origination of the Loan to Borrower requires the subordination of the lien held by Subordinating Lienholder; WHEREAS, Subordinating Lienholder agrees to subordinate its debt and lien on the Property; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the Loan and other good and valuable consideratiorl receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby expressly acknowledged, Subordinating Lienholder agrees to the following: The Property subject to this Agreement is described as follows: See Exhibit 'A' attached hereto and made a part hereof.
