<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Hometown Bank, formerly known as Security Bank, a
<br />Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated October 20,2000, and
<br />executed by Arturo D Baletka and Graciela R Baletka, a Husband acid Wife, as trustor, in
<br />which Hometown Bank is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned is Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on October 24,
<br />2000 as Instrument No. 0200009064 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Hometown Bank, as Trustee, has received from
<br />Hometown Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in
<br />the Deed of Trust mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT FOURTEEN (14), JEFFERY OAKS FITH SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been
<br />fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such
<br />Deed of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Sumner, Nebraska, this 19th day of December,2001.
