Certain rules regarding the usage of words used in this document are also provided in Section 16. <br />(A) "Security Instrument" means this document, which is dated February 8, 2002 <br />together with all Hiders to this document <br />(B) "Borrower" is Jerry Lee Krohn and Dixie Lynn Krohn, Husband and Wife <br />Borrower is die truster under this Security Instrument. <br />(C) "Lender" is Fiva Points Bank <br />Lender is a Coamarcial Sank organized and existing under the <br />laws of Nebraska .Lender's address is P.O. Box 1507 <br />Grand Island, HE 68802 -1507 <br />Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is FIVE POINTS BANK <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated February 8, 2002 <br />The Note states that Borrower owes Lender <br />Forty -Four Thousand Eight Hundred And 00 /100 <br />Dollars (U.S. S 44, 800.00 ) plus interest.
