<br />The undersigned, Clifford F. Mesner, as Trustee for the benefit of the Clayton E. Luther and Marilyn
<br />M. Luther, husband and wife, as Beneficiary, in consideration of the payment of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the Trust Deed executed by Michael Nigon as Trustor, to Clifford F. Mesner as Trustee, which Trust
<br />Deed is recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Book 94 at Page
<br />102531 of Mortgages, and the said Beneficiary, having requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below, does by these
<br />presents grant, remise, release and reconveyto the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate transferred, assigned and conveyed to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in and to the
<br />following described premises:
