<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by George Poullos A/K/A George A
<br />Poullos and Jody Poullos A/K/A Jody J Poullos, Husband and Wife, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit
<br />of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated August 4, 1997 and July 28, 2000 and recorded
