200201701 <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />being more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NW1 /4) Section Fourteen (14) Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the 6`h P.M.; thence southerly along the westerly line <br />of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4), a distance of one thousand fifty <br />five and twelve hundredths (1,055.12) feet; thence easterly deflecting <br />left 92 °57'42 ", a distance of thirty three and five hundredths (33.05) <br />feet to a point on the easterly right -of -way line of Stuhr Road, being <br />the actual Point of Beginning; thence continuing easterly and <br />deflecting 0 °0'0 ", a distance of twenty seven and seventy hundredths <br />(27.70) feet; thence southerly deflecting right 87 039'54 ", a distance <br />of one hundred fifty five and thirty one hundredths (155.31) feet; <br />thence southerly deflecting right 13 008'14 ", a distance of three <br />hundred seven and eighty eight hundredths (307.88) feet to a point on <br />the easterly right -of -way line of said Stuhr Road; thence northerly <br />deflecting right 172 009'34" and along the easterly right -of -way line of <br />said Stuhr Road, a distance of four hundred fifty eight and twenty two <br />hundredths (458.22) feet to the Point of Beginning. <br />The above - described easement and right -of -way containing a total of <br />0.270 acres, more or less, as shown on the plat dated 1/21/2002, <br />marked Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference, <br />together with the following rights: <br />Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the above - described <br />easement and right -cf -way for any purpose necessary for the surveying, <br />construction, inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, extension, <br />removal, and operation of such public utilities and appurtenances.
