<br />JEFFREY S RICHARDSON and JANE L RICHARDSON, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants,
<br />ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignors by
<br />Assignee in the amount of $185,000.00, the Lease dated JULY 1, 2000, wherein KUESTER LAKE, INC is the
<br />Lessor and Assignor as the Lessees, pertaining to the following described premises:
<br />LOT TWENTY -NINE (29) LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE EAST
<br />PORTION OF KUESTERS LAKE, BEING PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE
<br />SOUTHWEST QUARTER (E1 /2SW1 /4) OF SECTION THIRTEEN (13),
<br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6 TH
<br />P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $185,000.00, with interest and according
<br />to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of
<br />said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect.

<br />their execution thereof to be their voluntary act and deed for the purposes therein stated.
