<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the
<br />Conditional Assignment to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA (Secured Parry) by JEFFREY S. RICHARDSON and
<br />JANE L. RICHARDSON, husband and wife as joint tenants, (Debtors) of a Lease dated July
<br />1, 2000, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Jeffrey S. Richardson and Jane L.
<br />Richardson are the Lessees, such lease commenced July 1, 2000, and terminates June 30,
<br />2035, and pertains to:
<br />Lot Twenty -nine (29), situated on the West side of the East Portion of Kuester
<br />Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E' /2SW' /4),
<br />in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtors to
<br />Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as additional
<br />security, for payment of a Note in the amount of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY -FIVE
<br />THOUSAND ($185,000.00) and a Financing Statement or mortgage covering the above -
<br />described premises and securing payment of said Note.
<br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid.
