<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />DANIEL D FOX AND GINA FOX, HUSBAND AND WIFE c
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated JANUARY 31, 1994 and recorded FEBRUARY 1, 1994 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document #
<br />94- 100911 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
<br />by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />THE WEST NINE (9) FEET OF LOT EIGHT (8) AND ALL OF LOT SEVEN (7) IN BLOCK
<br />EIGHT (8) IN MORRIS FIFTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
