<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a peed of Trust dated
<br />May 28, 1999, executed by Gary J. Warta and Brenda S. Warta Trustor(s) for the
<br />benefit of Nebraska Wholesale Mortgage, L.L.C., filed June 4, 1999 as Inst.
<br />No. 99- 105737, assigned to First Union National Bank of Delaware, in the
<br />office of the Register Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Beneficiary has requested a reconveyance of the trust
<br />property to the person or persons entitled thereto;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
