WALLACE A/K/A RANDY JOESEPH <br />WALLACE AND WIFE, LORI WALLACE herein called the grantor, whether one or more, in consideration <br />of One Dollarand other valuable consideration received from grantees do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto <br />PAUL J.
