Rathman, wife and husband, <br />GRANTORS, in consideration of love and affection received from <br />GRANTEES, Harold F. Plejdrup and Holly K. GRANTORS have legal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />real estate to GRANTEES; and <br />3.
