<br />following property:
<br />Part of Lot Nine (9) of the County Subdivision of the
<br />West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1 /2 SW1 /4) of
<br />Section Ten (10), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows, to -wit: Commencing at
<br />a point 8 chains and 40 links north of the southeast
<br />corner of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1 /2
<br />SW1 /4) of Section Ten (10), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., thence running north
<br />130 -1/2 feet, thence south 81 55' West 458 feet, thence
