<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by KENNETH D
<br />CALDWELL AND PAMELA R CALDWELL HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated MARCH 6, 2001
<br />and recorded MARCH 13, 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 200101941 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />ALL OF LOT "B" AND THE NORTH TEN (10) ACRES OF LOT "C ", IN GARDEN
<br />SUBDIVISION OF LOT ONE (1), ON MAINLAND IN SECTION THIRTEEN (13),
<br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6' P.M., HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
