<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its

<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee
<br />reconveys to the person or persons entitle thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the
<br />Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: A tract of land in the north half of the northwest
<br />quarter (N1 /2 NWI /4) of section twenty -seven (27), in township twelve (12) north, range nine (9) west of the sixth p.m.,
<br />more particularly described as follows: starting at a point on the north section line of said section 27, which point is
<br />1322.9 feet east of the northwest corner of said section 27, thence east on the said section line a distance of 199.3 feet;
<br />thence turning and running southerly a distance of 1311.5 feet on a line parallel to the right of way line Union Pacific
<br />Railway Company; thence turning and running west a distance of 199.3 feet; thence turning and running northerly a
<br />distance of 1311.0 feet to the point of beginning.
