<br />thence turning and running southerly a distance of 1311.5 feet on a line parallel to the right of way line Union Pacific
<br />Railway Company; thence turning and running west a distance of 199.3 feet; thence turning and running northerly a
<br />distance of 1311.0 feet to the point of beginning.
