<br />The State Bank of Cairo, Personal Representative of the Estate of Blanche M.
<br />Kroeger, Deceased, Grantor, pursuant to power of sale provisions contained in the Last
<br />Will and Testament of Decedent filed in the Hall County Court, No. PR 01 -114, in
<br />consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), and other good and valuable consideration, conveys
<br />to Larry Teichmeier and Mary Teichmeier, Husband and Wife, Grantees, as joint tenants
<br />with rights of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real
<br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201):
<br />Lot Two (2), in Block Four (4), Ingalls- Turner Subdivision to the Village of
<br />Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />subject to easements, covenants, and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with Grantees that Grantor has legal power and lawful authority to
<br />convey the same.
