<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DRU A.
<br />DUERING AND PAMELA J. DUERING, HUSBAND AND WIFE to JAMES I.
<br />SHAMBERG, ATTORNEY AT LAW, Trustee, for the benefit of CLARENCE I. CATES
<br />AND LEODA MARIE CATES, HUSBAND AND WIFE, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated May 28, 1991 and recorded June 27, 1991 in the Register of Deeds Office of HALL
<br />County, Nebraska as Document No. 91- 104037, and has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
