<br />DUERING AND PAMELA J. DUERING, HUSBAND AND WIFE to JAMES I.
<br />SHAMBERG, ATTORNEY AT LAW, Trustee, for the benefit of CLARENCE I. CATES
<br />AND LEODA MARIE CATES, HUSBAND AND WIFE, the beneficiary named therein,
