<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this 28th day of September,
<br />2001, by Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with
<br />reference to Deed of Trust wherein Donnie Reed and Garlan Reed are
<br />Beneficiary, and Theresa A. Reed and Dayne M. Reed, husband and
<br />wife, are Trustors and Ronald S. Depue is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />�l secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on March 8, 1996, and
<br />p identified as Document No. 96- 101732, conveying to Trustee,
<br />1 Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit:
<br />The South 31.5 Feet of Lot Five (5) and the North 36 Feet of
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Twenty -eight (28) , in Highland Park
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustors.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all rtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or appert�ning. ap}�u
