In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said <br />LUZENAC SECOND SUBDIVISION, the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, that they will install or provide at their expense the following <br />improvements: <br />-2- <br />
