The undersigned, CHURCH DEVELOPMENT FUND INC., a legal owner and holder to two notes in the
<br />total amount of One Million Six Hundred Thirty Two Thousand and No /00 ($1,632,000.00) and all other
<br />indebtedness secured by that Deed of Trust dated May 1, 2000, executed by THIRD CITY CHRISTIAN
<br />CHURCH which the undersigned is named as Beneficiary and TRASNATION TITLE INSURANCE
<br />COMPANY as Trustee and recorded May 4, 2000 in the Register of Deeds Offices as Document No.
<br />200003646. The Undersigned hereby states that such notes and all other sums secured by such Deed of
<br />Trust have been partially paid, and requests and authorized you, on payment to you of and such owing to
<br />you under the terms of such Deed of Trust, to partially convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by you there under in the property described in such Deed of
<br />Trust as follows:
<br />That portion of Lot Nine (9), Block One (1), Dickey Third Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, lying Southeasterly of a line beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot Eight (8), Block
<br />One (1), of Dickey Subdivision; thence Northerly a distance of Seventy -four (74.00) feet along the West
<br />line of said Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9); thence Northeastefly deflecting 45°20' right a distance of One
<br />Hundred Twenty -six and Fifty -three Hundredths (126.53) feet to the North line of said Lot Nine (9) and the
<br />terminus of said line; except therefrom that portion deeded to the State of Nebraska by deed recorded
<br />February 29, 1980 as Instrument #80- 000877.
<br />You are further requested and authorized to deliver such notes and Deed of Trust, as evidence of
<br />Indebtedness secured thereby, together with such partial reconveyance, to ADVANTAGE TITLE
