The undersigned, CHURCH DEVELOPMENT FUND INC., a legal owner and holder to two notes in the <br />total amount of One Million Six Hundred Thirty Two Thousand and No /00 ($1,632,000.00) and all other <br />indebtedness secured by that Deed of Trust dated May 1, 2000, executed by THIRD CITY CHRISTIAN <br />CHURCH which the undersigned is named as Beneficiary and TRASNATION TITLE INSURANCE <br />COMPANY as Trustee and recorded May 4, 2000 in the Register of Deeds Offices as Document No. <br />200003646.
