U7 r- r r- x- (n (1) (1) C:D N c:) 0 N C:D C.J co t� co C= y WA This Public Sewer Connection Permit is made by and between the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, herein referred to as the "Permitor" and GARY L. WOOD and JULIA WOOD, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittees." WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the Permittee desires to connect to the City's Interceptor Sanitary Sewer Line, a tract of land comprising of all of Lot Seven (7), and westerly Twenty -five Feet (W 25.0') of Lot Eight (8), all in Block Four (4), East Park Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. WHEREAS, the City will permit sanitary sewer lines to connect directly to interceptor lines and manholes, subject to certain conditions being met by the Permittee. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter contained, the parties agree as follows: 1. The City hereby grants to the Permittee a permit to connect the property at 2006 East 7`h Street to the City's sanitary sewer main by way of 7`h Street to connect to the cleanout to Manhole #167 on the D -4 Interceptor Sewer as shown on the attached drawing dated September 19, 2000, in accordance with the requirements of the Director of Public Works. Such connection is to be inspected and approved by the City Plumbing Inspector. 2. The sanitary sewer service line constructed and maintained by the Permittee shall be and remain the property of the Permittee and in no event shall the City be required to maintain the line. -I- 6
