WOOD and JULIA WOOD, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittees." <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the Permittee desires to connect to the City's Interceptor Sanitary Sewer Line, a tract <br />of land comprising of all of Lot Six (6), Block Four (4), East Park Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska and all of the Easterly Half (E 1/2) of vacated Gilmore Street lying <br />adjacent thereto. <br />WHEREAS, the City will permit sanitary sewer lines to connect directly to interceptor lines <br />and manholes, subject to certain conditions being met by the Permittee. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter <br />contained, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. The City hereby grants to the Permittee a permit to connect the property at 2004 East 7`h <br />Street to the City's sanitary sewer main by way of 7th Street to connect to the cleanout to Manhole <br />#167 on the D -4 Interceptor Sewer as shown on the attached drawing dated September 19, 2000, in <br />accordance with the requirements of the Director of Public Works. Such connection is to be <br />inspected and approved by the City Plumbing Inspector. <br />-1- <br />I <br />
