L1 <br />Deed Of Trust Subordination Agreement <br />Account No. 80812701001 <br />200201428 <br />This Agreement is made this 19th day of January, 2002, by and between U.S. Bank National <br />Association ND ('Bank ") and U.S. Bank, N.A. ( "Refinancer "). <br />Bank is the beneficiary under a deed of trust (the " Junior Deed of Trust") dated November 17, <br />1999, granted by Gary L. Schumacher and Brenda F. Schumacher, husband and wife ('Borrower "), and <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on December 17, 1999, as Document <br />No. 99 111872, encumbering the real property described therein (collectively, the 'Property "). Refinancer <br />is the beneficiary under a deed of trust (the "Senior Deed of Trust ") dated <br />/-,30 , 200. , granted by the Borrower, and recorded in the same <br />office on re-1 rkar�) S, 20��, as <br />000a - Dlya2 , encumbering the property.
