<br />feet along and contiguous to the south side of Lot Seven (7) of Block Forty Four
<br />(44) Packer and Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and originally platted as part of Packer and Barr's Annex to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being all located in the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SW 1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4 ) of Section Seventeen (17) in Township
<br />Eleven (11) Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />that vacated portion of Clarence Street vacated under Ordinance #5005 of the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's
<br />heirs and assigns forever.
