<br />UNDER AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 31, 1979, GRANTOR, conveys and
<br />releases to SARA HAKE BROOKS, GREGORY WERNER HAKE and ANDREW MARK
<br />HAKE, GRANTEES, as tenants in common, all of Grantor's interest
<br />in the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska
<br />Revised Statutes Section 76 -201):
<br />An undivided one -half (1/2) interest in Lot One (1),
<br />except the North 42 Feet of Medical Park Fourth
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEES are the persona
<br />entitled to distribution of the real estate from said trust, and
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES that GRANTOR has legal power and
<br />lawful authority to convey and release the same.
