200201382 <br />A tract of land beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 43, Potash Subdivision, <br />thence south along the West side of Potash Subdivision to the north line of Old Potash <br />Highway being thirty -three feet, (33'), North of the centerline, thence west along the <br />North line of Old Potash Highway a distance of sixteen feet, (16'), thence North <br />sixteen feet, (16'), West of and parallel to the West line of Potash Subdivision to a <br />point on the extension of the North line of Lot 43, thence East on the extension of the <br />North line of Lot 43, Potash Subdivision a distance of sixteen feet, (16'), to the point <br />of beginning, said tract containing 0.47 acres + <br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress under, over, and <br />across such land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, to excavate and refill ditches <br />and trenches, and the right to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, hedges, undergrowth, and <br />other obstructions from the surface of such tracts interfering with the location, construction, <br />inspection, repair, replacement, removal, and maintenance of such utilities.
