Freidt and Kenneth Freidt, wife and husband, Trustors under a <br />Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on December 1, <br />1999 as Instrument No. 0099111428 of the Mortgage Records, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following <br />described real estate, to -wit: <br />LOT ONE (1) BLOCK ONE (1), LAKE DAVIS ACRES SUBDIVISION, <br />IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
