Kevin L. Hulse and Troye V. Hulse, ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to FIVE POINTS BANK, ASSIGNEE, as <br />additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignors by Assignee in the amount of $45,000.00, the <br />Lease dated October 2, 1992, wherein Clinton E. John as Landlord and Clinton W. John as Tenant and .r, <br />assigned to Gary W. Pemberton on November 2, 2992 and further assigned to Kevin L. Hulse and Troye V. °b <br />Hulse on January 18, 2002, pertaining to the following- described premises: <br />See attached Exhibit "A ". <br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $45,000.00, with interest and according to the <br />provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of <br />said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect. <br />Kevin L.
