200201296 <br />OPTION TO PURCHASE REAL ESTATE <br />In consideration of the mutual promises between the parties, <br />Clinton E. John, an unmarried man, of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />hereinafter called "Seller ", hereby gives and grants to Clinton W. <br />John, of Grand Island, Nebraska, hereinafter called "Purchaser ", <br />his heirs and assigns, the option to purchase the following <br />described real estate located in Hail County, Nebraska: <br />See legal description marked Exhibit "A" <br />This option is given on the following terms and conditions: <br />SECTION ONE <br />Purchase Price <br />The purchase price for the property shall be the cost of <br />subdividing the real estate and the cost of complying with all <br />other governmental regulations in allowing for the transfer of <br />clear title to said real estate to the Purchaser. The purchase <br />price shall be paid in full upon the exercise of this option. <br />SECTION TWO <br />Period of Option <br />This option may be exercised at any time within the one <br />hundred (100) year period cor- mencirg July 1, 1992, and terminating <br />on June 30, 2092. The option shall be exercised by giving written <br />notice to the Seller or his heirs. <br />SECTION THREE <br />Title <br />If the option is exercised, Seller shall, within ninety (90) <br />days after the delivery to him of the notice of exercise, furnish <br />title insurance to the Purchaser at Purchaser's expense. <br />u <br />
