200201194 PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the partial payment of the debt named therein, THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO,
<br />A NEBRASKA BANKING CORPORATION, hereby releases from the lien of the mortgages made to it by
<br />RAYMOND V. ROBERTSON and MARILYN J. ROBERTSON, husband and wife, which are recorded as
<br />Document Numbers 88- 106940 and 90- 105711 in the records of said HALL County, Nebraska, the following
<br />portion of said mortgaged real estate, to wit:
<br />All of the west 100 feet of Lot 6 and the north 2 feet of the west 100 feet of Lot 5, all in Block 6
<br />of the Original Town of Cairo, being a rectangular tract of ground having a frontage of 27 feet on
<br />High Street extending east 100 feet, all situated in the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and
<br />Lot 14 in Block 10, Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska..
<br />THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO retains its lien on the remaining balance of the premises described in said
<br />mortgage to secure the remaining unpaid principal sum of $467,660.37 plus interest according to the terms and
<br />conditions of said mortgages.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, has caused these presents to be executed by
<br />its president and its Corporate Seal to be affixed hereto this 24th day of January, 2002.
