<br />That Grantors, Darrel E. Brundage and Yvonne M. Brundage,
<br />husband and wife, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) 4
<br />and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, conveys an undivided one -half (1/2) interest
<br />to Steven Lemburg and Dana Lemburg, Husband and Wife, as joint
<br />tenants, and an undivided one -half (1/2) interest to David Fries

<br />All of the West One Hundred (100) feet of Lot Six (6),
<br />and the North Two (2) feet of the West One Hundred (100)
<br />feet of Lot Five (5), all in Block Six (6), of the
<br />Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Grantors covenant with the Grantees that Grantors:
<br />1. Are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances except easements, covenants, and
<br />restrictions of record;
<br />2. Have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />3. Warrant and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
