<br />December 1, 1999, between Cobalt Auto Stores, L.L.C., a Nebr Limited Liability Company as
<br />Trustor (s), Pinnacle Bank, Omaha, Nebraska as Beneficiary, and Pinnacle Bank, Omaha,
<br />Nebraska as Trustee, filed December 17, 1999 in Instrument 40099111877 of the Mortgage
<br />Records in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of o
<br />performance in full by the said Trustor (s) of all obligations imposed by the said Deed of Trust
<br />and the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor (s) the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot 2, Fonner Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />together with non - exclusive easement rights contained in Declaration of Easement dated
<br />August 12, 1998, filed August 31, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- 108530, Hall County records.
<br />Thereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.
<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens; encumbrances, covenants and
<br />restrictions not imposed upon said property by the undersigned, and are made for the sole and
<br />only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of Trust.
