<br />WHEREAS, WILLIAM E. LANGDON is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated SEPTEMBER
<br />15, 2000, executed by BRIDGET J. O'NEIL A SINGLE WOMAN, as Trustor, for the
<br />benefit of BELL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, which Deed of Trust was recorded SEPTEMBER

<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, CUNA MUTUAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION FKA CUNA MORTGAGE
<br />CORPORATION, has requested a reconveyance of the trust property to the person or
<br />person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
