<br />of 403.44 feet; thence N09 °04'53 "W a distance of 262.32 feet to the
<br />northeast corner of Lot 10 of said Commercial Industrial Park
<br />Subdivision; thence N84 °57'12 "E a distance of 363.83 feet to the
