<br />LOUIS E. GRAHAM and VIRGINIA B. GRAHAM, husband and wife, herein called

<br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant and convey unto the

<br />and perpetual easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and
<br />remove sanitary sewers, manholes, surface markers, and other appurtenances, upon, over, along,
<br />across, in, underneath and through the following described real estate:
<br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW' /4,NW' /4) of Section Five (5),
<br />Township Ten (10), Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth P.M., Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point being 11.0 feet west of and 33.0 feet south of the northeast
<br />corner of said NW '/4 NW '/4 of Section 5 -10 -9 thence west on a line 33.0 feet south
<br />of and parallel to the north line of Section 5 -10 -9 for a distance of 755.55 feet thence
