<br />Township Ten (10), Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth P.M., Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point being 11.0 feet west of and 33.0 feet south of the northeast
<br />corner of said NW '/4 NW '/4 of Section 5 -10 -9 thence west on a line 33.0 feet south
