<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Steven C. Kisner and Jeffrey R.
<br />Ochs, both as unmarried individuals
<br />to United Nebraska Bank
<br />Trustee for the benefit of United Nebraska Bank
<br />, the Beneficiary named therein dated February 9, 2001
<br />and recorded February 12 2001 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska , in
<br />Book at Page 200101035 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writin, that the Deed of Reconveyanee be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW TIIEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary and named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lot Thirteen (13), in Westwood Park Fifth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
