On or about April 29, 1993, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, <br />Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Mutual <br />Life Insurance Company. The Assignment was recorded April 30, 1993, in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 93- 103432. <br />On or about August 1, 1994, Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company, Beneficiary, assigned all <br />of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The <br />Assignment was recorded September 26, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 94- 107936. <br />Christopher S. Wallace, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a <br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Hereinafter the Successor Trustee, Christopher S.
