<br />on or about October 13, 1999, and the undersigned further relinquishes to EMC
<br />Insurance Companies any rights, title and interest in such Property Judgment. It is the
<br />intent of the undersigned that a full, final and complete Assignment of all of the
<br />undersigned's rights, title and interest are herewith transferred to EMC Insurance
<br />Companies, their successors and assigns.
