<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated
<br />April 30, 1998, executed by Robert A. Braesch and Carol E.'Braesch Trustor(s),
<br />for the benefit of First Union Home Equity Bank, N.A., now known as First
<br />Union National Bank of Delaware filed May 12, 1998 as Inst. No. 98- 104511, in S
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Beneficiary has requested a reconveyance of the trust
<br />property to the person or persons eiatitled thereto;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises;
