<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, John M. Cunningham, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, a Member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association as Trustee, under the Deed Of Tr,aQs; a�oa r
<br />1992, executed bye � lfia- � A' LAV'ALLEUR, as
<br />Trustors, in which ARDELL G. ROTH and JUDITH K. ROTH, Husband and
<br />Wife, were named as Beneficiaries, have received a written request
<br />to reconvey the property that was the subject of the Deed of Trust
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 92- 101470 in the Office of the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds on February 27, 1992.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the written request of the
<br />Beneficiaries requesting reconveyance of the property and
<br />acknowledging that the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust has
<br />been fully satisfied, the undersigned in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiaries and the provisions of such Trust Deed
<br />and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate now
<br />held by said Trustee thereunder in and to the following described
<br />real property:
<br />Lot Seven (7), in Fractional Block Five (5), in Wallich's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
