<br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this day JANUARY, 2002, by
<br />and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and
<br />STEPHEN B ROWE AND LEISA M ROWE, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />0
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ".
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST
<br />QUARTER (S 1/2 SE' /4) OF SECTION THIRTY FIVE (35), TOWNSHIP NINE (9) NORTH,
<br />RANGE TWELVE (12) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, SAID TRACT
<br />BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE
<br />SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID S 1/2 SE 1/4); THENCE RUNNING 00 DEGREES 15'10" ON
<br />THE WEST LINE OF SAID S 1/2 SE 1/4 FOR A DISTANCE OF 1327.08 FEET TO THE
<br />NORTHWEST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE S 89 DEGREES 54'46" E FOR 717.00 FEET;
<br />THENCE S 00 DEGREES 15'11" E FOR 1325.99 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF
<br />SAID S 1/i SE 1/4 ; THENCE RUNNING ON AN ASSUMED BEARING OF N 90 DEGREES 00'00"
<br />W ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID S '/z SE '/4 FOR 717.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF
<br />BEGINNING.
<br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated AUGUST 23, 2000, and filed for record on AUGUST 24,
<br />2000, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA AS DOCUMENT #0200006866.
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of FEBRUARY 1, 2031;
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of
<br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage
<br />is hereby AMENDED TO DECEMBER 1, 2031.
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described
<br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining
<br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the
<br />date first noted above.
