200201019 <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />This warranty deed is made on the o23�cY // day of , 2002. <br />RICHARD L. SCHNABEL and BONNILEE R. SCHNABEL, husband and wife, of <br />9800 Wenonga, Leawood, Johnson County, Kansas, referred to as <br />Grantors, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration, received from BONNILEE R. SCHNABEL, TRUSTEE OF THE <br />BONNILEE R. SCHNABEL REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT Dated May 14, 1999, <br />referred to as Grantee, grants, bargains, sells, conveys, and <br />confirms to Grantee the following- described real property in Hall <br />County, Nebraska: <br />The South Twenty (20) feet of Lot Ninety Three (93) and the <br />North Thirty (30) feet of Lot Ninety Two (92) of Hawthorne <br />Place, being a subdivision of part of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NW 1/4) of Section Twenty Two (22) in Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, commonly known and numbered as 940 South Oak, Grand <br />Island, Nebraska 68803. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the described property together with all <br />tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances belonging to the <br />property to Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever. <br />And Grantors covenant with Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and <br />assigns that Grantors are lawfully seized of the described <br />property; it is free from encumbrance; Grantors have good right and <br />lawful authority to convey the property; and Grantors warrant and <br />will defend the title to the property against the lawful claims of <br />all persons whomever. <br />IN WITNESS of the above, Grantors have set Grantors' hands on the <br />day and year first above written. <br />Richard L.
