200201007 <br />11430357 <br />TAX SERVICE RIDER TO THE MORTGAGE/DEED OF TRUST <br />THIS RIDER is made this 18TH day, of January, 2002 and is incorporated into <br />and shall be deemed to ammend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or Security Deed (the <br />"Security Instrument ") of the same date given by the undersigned (the "Borrower ") to secure Borrower's <br />Note (the "Note ") to America' is MoneyLine Inc. ( the <br />"Lender ") of the same date and covering the property described in the Security Instrument and located at: <br />3103 West 14th street <br />Grand Island, Nebraska 68803 <br />[Property Address] <br />As used in this Rider the term "Lender" includes Lender's successors and assigns and the company <br />servicing the Note on Lender's behalf. <br />Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the "Uniform Covenants" section of the <br />Security Instrument, paragraph 3, "Funds for Escrow Items " ", Lender may require Borrower to pay a <br />one -time charge for a real estate tax reporting service, which may be either an independent real estate tax <br />reporting service, or may be a service provided by Lender itself, unless applicable law does not permit <br />Lender to make such a charge.
