KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />WAYLON B. OSTERBERG AND DIANERENEE L. OSTERBERG, HUSBAND AND WIFE as trustor, to
<br />UNITED TITLE COMPANY as Trustee, for the benefit of HARBORSIDE FINANCIAL NETWORK,
