Markvicka, as husband and joint debtor and Christina L. Markvicka, as <br />wife and joint debtor. <br />The Bank of Clarks is named in the Deed of Trust as beneficiary. The Deed of Trust is <br />recorded as instrument number 0200010487 in the real estate records in the office of the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
