WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among C\\
<br />CHRISTOPHER D BOND AND SHANNON K BOND, husband and wife, Trustor, and
<br />Central National Bank as Trustee and The Equitable Building & Loan Association as
<br />Beneficiary, dated May 30, 2001, and recorded on May 30 , 2001, in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Mortgage Record Book at Pages
<br />200105062 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
