<br />June 21, 2000, and recorded on June 28, 2000, as Inst. No. 2000-
<br />05274, in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />executed by Barbara Ellen Wize, single, a /k /a Barbara E. Wize, as

<br />Trustor, in which Wayne R. Stock, a Nebraska corporation, is named
<br />as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of obligation for
<br />which the Trust Property was conveyed as security has occurred.
<br />The nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make payment
<br />of interest when due in accordance with the terms of said Trust
<br />Deed and failure to pay costs and fees when due in accordance with
<br />the Trust Deed. You are hereby notified that because of such
<br />default the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated
<br />and as of January 1, 2002, is in the amount of $36,773.44 plus
