Stock, a Nebraska corporation, is named <br />as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of obligation for <br />which the Trust Property was conveyed as security has occurred. <br />The nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make payment <br />of interest when due in accordance with the terms of said Trust <br />Deed and failure to pay costs and fees when due in accordance with <br />the Trust Deed.
