<br />DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration received from GRANTEE, L &

<br />without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to GRANTOR, its

<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING
<br />therefrom tracts of land more particularly described in Corporation Warranty
<br />Deed recorded as Document No. 79- 000413 and Warranty Deed recorded as
<br />Document No. 79- 005141; the conveyed tract is particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 10; thence southwesterly along the
<br />southeasterly line of said Lot 10, a distance of 503.93 feet to the southwest corner
<br />of said Lot 10; thence north along the west line of said Lot 10, a distance of 461.1
<br />feet; thence easterly, a distance of 403.7 feet to the northeasterly line of said Lot
