That part of the Union Pacific Railroad right -of -way in the $2,207.48 SW1 /4 of the SW1 /4 of Section 16 -11 -9, lying east of and adjacent to Broadwell Avenue Union Pacific Railroad Co. That part of the Union Pacific Railroad right -of -way in the 1,059.08 SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 , and the SE 1/4 of the SW1 /4 of Section 20 -11 -9, lying north of and adjacent to Stolley Park Road TOTAL $3,266.56 SECTION 2. The special tax shall become delinquent as follows: One - seventh of the total amount shall become delinquent in ten days after the date of this levy; one - seventh in one year; one seventh in two years; one - seventh in three years; one - seventh in four years; one - seventh in five years; and one - seventh in six years. Each of said installments, except the first, shall draw interest at the rate of seven percent per annum from the time of such levy until they shall become delinquent. After the same becomes delinquent, interest at the rate of fourteen percent per annum shall be paid thereon until the same is collected and paid. SECTION 3. The City Treasurer of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby directed to collect the amount of said taxes herein set forth as provided by law. SECTION 4. Such special assessments shall be paid into a fund to be designated as the "Sidewalk District Assessment Fund" for Sidewalk District No. 1, 2001. SECTION 5. Any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and hereby are, repealed. SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage and publication, within fifteen days in one issue of the Grand Island Independent as provided by law.
