<br />WFIEREAS, by Trust Deed dated February 3, 1999 and recorded in the Real Estate Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Document a 99101513 Rosalene J. HulTman,a single person, did convey
<br />certain real estate therein described in trust unto Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Grand Island Finance Co. , therein referred to as Beneficiary;
<br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and said 'Trustee has received
<br />written request by such Beneficiary to re- convey the trust property from the Beneficiary;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R_ Baack, Attorney at Law, in his capacity as Trustee under the above -
<br />described Trust Deed, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of the satisfaction of the indebtedness
<br />evidenced by such Trust Deed received from Grantees, does hereby release and re- confirm unto the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following described real property in
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />All of Lot One hundred Twenty Seven (127) and the North Twenty Four (24)
<br />feet of Lot One Hundred 'twenty Eight (128) of Hawthorne Place, an Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska .
<br />to have and to hold the above - described premises, together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging, onto the Grantees and to the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
